I usually go to this location to get my nails done. The service is great and the staff is nice!! My last 2 visits my SNS start to crack and chip within a couple days. I decided to give them another try because I love their service but this time my nails did not make it past 3 days. Unfortunately, I will have to find somewhere else to get my service. I pay too much money for my nails to chip within 3 days.
If i could Rate these people a 0 i would First and foremost your charging me 75$ for something that was 55$ But my issue is what i asked For and what i got After i told Multiple times to fix and left me with that so i proceed To ask you people to take them off and you shred the paint but still charged me for a "fill" that was the issue in the first place! My nails are not smooth, shaped or cute!!!! I will Take my services elsewhere. And only paid what i did To avoid altercation but this . Is a MESS.
Visiting from CT this was the closest nail salon. I checked the reviews and thought I’d give them a try. I walked in Tuesday and was greeted right away and taken to the pedicure area. I get a very classic yet unique V French Manicure on my medium length nails every session. Now mind you I came in with the same design said design. I told the young man what I wanted and he and another lady went on to servicing me, he on my hands and she on my feet. The lady doing me feet didn’t cheese grate my feet though I asked for it especially though they said I didn’t because I didn’t like it.. huh? I asked for it! She did it after she painted me after I brought it up. I guess the design was too intricate for him. He couldn’t get it right on my feet or my hands. I called him out on it and he got up and told me he wasn’t doing it. I requested the manager who swiftly came over and corrected my services! Thank you Vivian for the save! Yet on Thursday one broke really right across the middle. No trauma, no banging, or anything extra to the hand just fell right on the floor in the shower. $120? No damage to my nail or any bleeding Thank God And I tipped $6 a piece even with his abandonment.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star! I’m so highly upset ! I was letting my eyebrows grow out for awhile! I came to this place to just get them cleaned out! This lady ruined my eyebrows completely ! Literally paid and left, she even was being very aggressive while waxing them! They never hurt but this time they did of how hard she was pulling it off . They look horrible ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! NAILS ALSO ARE REALLY BAD ! ASK FOR COFFIN AND SOME ARE SQUARE AND SOME ROUND !
Love love this place! Ive been coming for about 2 months now and it's my favorite in the area. Great nails and even better pedicures!
Update: I really liked this place before the remodeling but I'm sure the prices have sky rocketed since then. I got acrylic on both my hands and feet because I was vacationing on the Beach and didn't want my nails to chip... I got this same combination months ago for about 50 bucks cheaper. My nails broke after 4 Days of getting them done! I really want to love this place but I will not be back any time soon.
The salon was very clean and quick to service.
I got a pedicure and showed the nail artist exactly what I wanted 3x. She did the nail art but did not include any of the glitter gel I asked for.
I tipped her well for her service as she did a good job and her English was limited.
Just disappointed that I did not get what I asked for and showed her.
I had been traveling to Marietta to get my nails done, I’m so happy I started going here. Everyone is so nice and efficient! I love it
